Double door dilemma

Hi, anyone have a clever solutions to an interior fit-out (vechile - shuttle) when you have twin side sliding doors. The 'kitchen pod' solution seems pretty neat, and the rear boot sliding kitchen system looks interesting, not so.....if you don't want to venture outside first thing for a brew.

Any ideas / solutions from you clever lot, much appreciated.

There are vans that have a full camper setup with twin sliders. One I saw had a bonus that the cooker/sink unit would swing out when the slider was open allowing outside cooking. Brilliant setup, now, where did I see that?
