Door Card Vibration

Can anyone advise on the best product to remove the door card vibration. I have sealed the metal door panel already

Stick a bit of silent coat to the back of it. Make sure there are no loose unwrapped cables that could rattle against it. Make sure all the clips are good and none are broken.
