Does this look normal? Injector Fuel Line

Hello all,

This is the high pressure pipe to Injector #4 on a CXHA engine. (Part No. 04L 130 304 D)

I'm having a little trouble getting this pipe to seal properly, so I've taken it completely off to have a good look.

The cone seems to be off-centre to the pipe, so I'm not sure if this is designed this way or has it become distorted.

It looks like it has been damaged & would be safer to replace the pipe.

The flare appears to have certainly seen better days. Replace would be the best option.
