Do peeps still want bench seats

Trying to recoup some money where I can i have put my bricks bench seat up for sale. Im including an MS Craft bracket currently fitted, and also the OE VW bracket which came with the van and allows it to fold forward. Am I wasting my time, do people still want these ?

Or should I just take out and sell the brackets and bin the seat.

Yes but not much. I sold mine (delivery miles) for 100 and took a while. Single seats much more.

Cheers buddy I will take that advice. Maybe I will sell the brackets separately. But then I think maybe somebody in the trade would find the front folding bench seat useful. Oli @ Bognor seemed to think a front folder would be more valuable.

Mine was a folder so made no difference on mine and in hindsight prob would have been better stripping off the bracket.

Again good info , I think I will just sell it all as it is. I’m not trying to fleece anybody. If it can pay for a pair of tickets to a show I would be very happy.

Ended up putting mine out for the scrap man. Standard bench from a 2021 startline.

It’s definitely a folding bracket. I will post a pic of the VW part code. Leave it with me Don. I Will have a think whether it’s just worth selling both brackets and binning the seat.

Apologies if I confused. So the seat was a forward folder from new. When the van was in with Bognor they removed the bracket and fitted an MS Craft recline bracket. But it’s a fixed recline.

I probably still messed up here Don. I should have written the seat bracket allows the seat to fold forward. Which is probably useful for a camper or trades. The MS Craft was good, it made a good difference to the standard bolt upright position.
