Hi I have a VW T6 with a modern alternator and I wanted to know if I have to wire the converter to the alternator and the starter battery or just the starter.
There’s is no D+ terminal on the alternator so you are better just fetching an ignition live from a fuse box or somewhere if that’s what your after ?
I’m not familiar with that unit so not sure how it connects ?

Hi. Where would I find the starter in the fuze box. Sorry but I’m new to this and the loom I bought doesn’t show where to put the wire as the diagram shows a different converter.
