Diesel heater control panel

Does anyone have a manual for this controller please?
Or give a bit of help on how to use it, functions it has?

Google Chinese diesel heater controller instructions or join one of the Chinese diesel heater groups on Facebook and ask.
Somebody will know.
The reason I think Chinese is i did a Google image search and similar controllers from Chinese Heaters came up.
