Not a van related Want but I thought I’d ask.
Dewalt Concrete Anchor (wall plug) for lightweight block, 50mm long. 233HT.
Have been unavailable for some time, does anybody have some unwanted stock?

Screwfix or Toolstation may have a similar fixings....

Hilti do some nice breeze block style plugs too.

I find with dot and dab walls no matter how light weight whatever it is you are fixing you need to use a massive fixing to get it to hold (using anything smaller normally backfires), these fixings look great for heavy duty applications but at 10cm long not really a solution to this problem. What’s the light duty solution for d&d walls?

Going onto a painted wall so only as good as the paint. Not scraping it off.

I've found those Corefix plugs very good for dabbed on plasterboard. I used they for virtually everything in MILs new build.

@DXX Are you fixing straight to the blocks, or going through plasterboard first?

The OP @DXX was asking about

"for lightweight block, 50mm long. " - Not dot n dab.

Though I think the post originally said airated cement block .

...

Can be a tricky situation to fix to depending on how big the war the void is behind the plaster board.

I would normally use a corke screw fixing (some people call them Christmas trees)

Or if it was something heavy duty, then as above I'd use a huge fixing that goes right through into the wall behind, but make sure not to screw the fixing up too tight to then crush the plasterboard.

...

What you hanging?
I use Corefix for dot & dab walls.
Tile board onto a badly painted, skim plastered, very light concrete block wall - so light the previous attempts by somebody to screw into the block has cracked the blocks. I know the dewalt anchors work well and I have lots to do.

No plasterboard, don’t go much on those Fischer self screwing jobs. It’s about 2mm of plaster on aerated (chocolate) blocks.

If you are using jacoboard xps style boards they sell mechanical fixings for this with the washer attached. Generally when I fix boards over block/concrete I drill and plug then fit the screw/washers. I still use a bed of adhesive behind the boards also

Their probably available elsewhere
I’ve trawled Google for a month, everywhere is out of stock. Even the Black & Decker Dewalt Customer Support don’t know when they will be available.
I’m quite happy with that, just seeing if anybody has some kicking about that they don’t need.

Tried them, OK as long as more than 2” from the edge of a block otherwise the block splits. As I can’t see the blocks as skimmed over it’s a no go.
Odd concept hammering plugs into a wall which is about as strong as a stack of digestive biscuits.

In the end I went with Fischer SX Plus 6x50, very easy and can use on the edge of a block.
Plenty of strength for my purpose.

The plugs that was originally after were discontinued according to Toolstation, a pity they didn’t list them so.
