Does anyone know what's happening to my paint work on the sliding door of my van? Just finished cleaning her and noticed this is getting worse over time. It is starting to peel away more n more

Looks like the Clear Coat on the top of the coloured base layer is coming off. Had this some years ago on another car. I had it repainted on mine..

Personally i would get it professionally....anything goes wrong its on them.....
