Dead battery - cannot open doors t6.1

Pallet pump truck with the forks either side of the front wheel tyre, like how they lift cars overstaying on a meter?
That's not a bad shout.

I said to buy one of those all bag pumps, hire a compressor and put it under front wheel, lifting one side at a time. Get it on bricks on levels then get to the starter.

A T5 2007 you say?....

Has that had a T6.1 facelift then?

Does it's run on the T5 engine, and BCM?

One of these.....

.

And one of these..

.....

Around £100 delivered for both.

Not sure, although he's changing the engine for an amg engine this year as far as im aware.

It's a twin slider T5. He has changed a lot. T6 dash and electrics, t6.1 front/rear. It's had a lot of money spent

Yeah that's what I originally thought. Get it under each wheel.

Ill send him them, thank you, you're a star

Good luck with that....

Fyi the doors will be auto deadlocked, so the internal pull handle won't work.

But the key should 100% work in the door even when it's deadlocked, assuming is standard and not been messed with.

Also when you get it sorted it recommend a Anderson, Ctek. Victron quick connect wired to the battery and cable tied down under the rad area...... So you can connect a charger in future.

Add a monitor....

Get a jump pack . . . .

He's bought this (wether it's any good or not?)

I'm leaving mine at 9am for the 2 hour drive to him, hopefully I have some good news later

I assume he has tried the key in all the doors with locks including tailgate etc.?
Yeah so far he's tried

Key in all doors
Gaffer tape on window in a square to pull down
Putting power to fog light and horn

Nothing has worked.

I did say try get under the back to power the compressor up. Atleast if it lifts, can get a jack under.

The doors have most likely been replaced and lock barrels not been changed that’s why the key will not work.

A lock smith may be able to pick the lock.

As someone suggested earlier, dig down under a wheel or under a sill and get a low profile jack then get access to the starter and attach jump leads.
