Cracking noise from suspension over bumps

Hi All. I need some help to diagnose a cracking noise from the suspension over bumps / potholes and the like. It’s a T6 (32) LWB single slide door. In the last year it’s had front and rear shocks, front drop links, top shock bearings, top and bottom rear spring rubbers. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I won't exclude a broken spring.
Had that myself once.

I am pretty sure it will be the rear spring seat rubber , a very common issue, the spring wears through the rubber and the noise is a metal on metal squeak .

If it stops when it rains that will definately be the problem , as a quick test spray WD 40 around the bottom of the spring if the noise stops you can be sure this is the problem

Hi. New rubbers top and bottom fitted last week as they were worn through. I had my hopes pinned on that being the cause but no change.

Do you by any chance have poly bushes on the rear ?? if not lubricated nicely they squeak like mad , also assume you have checked for stones trapped in brakes between the disc and dust cover ??

Hi, All suspension bushes, shocks, springs and ride heights are all standard spec. It sounds like it happens more on rapid rebound as opposed to compression. All shock are less than a year old, that’s not to say one hasn’t gone bad though.
