Conversion Companies South Wales

Hi all, hope you're all enjoying the sunshine in your campers!

It's nearly time for us to sell Bluey, our LWB high top T5.1 as we're in need of something bigger as the kids keep growing! We're hoping to get a Crafter base van and and it convert to our spec as we can never find anything that fits our needs (every time we think we've found the one, we'll scroll through the pictures and find it's got shower/toilet cubicle which is an absolute waste of space when you're on a campsite with showers or at a festival with wet wipes or a solar shower!)

Anyway, we're looking for recommendations of a good local conversion company please. If anyone has done a good job on your T5/T6 hopefully they'll be able to do something a bit bigger. NOT Holbrook Conversions as we've been burned by them previously and heard plenty of similar horror stories from others! Any other recommendations gratefully received!

Celtic motorhomes in Caerphilly also have a good reputation

Our previous T5 was a Celtic conversion when we bought it and it was ace. I'd be interested to know if it's current owners are on here to see how it's going!

Thanks for the recommendation - now you've reminded me I'll get in touch with them too.

Rack-n-Roll in Cardiff fitted a Skyline poptop and re-lined my van at the same time for me a couple of years ago. The conversions they were working on whilst mine was there looked to be very good quality. I did the rest of the conversion myself because I actually enjoy that sort of thing, and also wanted to reduce costs, but I can't fault them for what they did. Maybe worth getting in touch with them.

Some lovely conversions in their gallery - another good option, thanks!

new wave sadly shut down early in the year
Surprising, their last build shows as March 2025. Still listed on Companies House and their website is still active.
Maybe there’s a glut of unwanted vans post covid.
