Clutch release.

I am finding the clutch release action on my 19 plate t6 too harsh. For first and 2nd gears I am nursing the release of the pedal to avoid a harder release. It feels like there is only a short part of the pedal travel that is controlling the release.

Any ideas on what it may be and possible remedies?

It could be a few things, clutch hydraulics may need bleeding, clutch may be worn out. What mileage are you at?
