The battery on our T6 campervan was showing 11.2 v when I tried starting the engine. But it was slow to turn over, I tried 2/3 times when suddenly the clutch pedal dropped to the floor of the van & would not return to its normal position. I've never seen this happen before to any vehicle. Please advise how to resolve this.

Me to on a caddy years agoThis happened to me in my old T5.1 clutch slave cylinder had failed. New clutch DMF and slave cylinder fitted, not a cheap repair I’m afraid
I'm not sure if the T6 has a clutch damper, but if so this is also a cause of the pedal to the floor issue.

Hi guys. I’m afraid I’m a bit of a lurker and never posted, however do read a lot. Owned ‘my boy’ for nearly 2 years generally been great. Always serviced and maintained. Last summer I had an issue with clutch pedal hitting floor and wouldn't come back up. Hubby checked for leaks (none) drained...

Same happened to my 2018 T6 at around 3 1/2 years. 45000 km. New master cylinder fitted by VW under goodwill ...no charge....Good luck.
