Clutch master cylinder leak?

Hi

We’ve had a couple of leaks under the gear stick. I didn’t see it first time so checked out the air con drain - that was all clear.

But today we have some more, it’s smooth oily yellow-ish fluid - this likely to be the clutch master cylinder and if so, is it a big/expensive job?

It's likely to be the master cylinder. You should be able to pop the covers off [under the steering wheel] and see where it's coming from.
It's not too big a job to do if you're comfortable wielding spanners. However, bleeding the clutch afterwards can be a bit hit and miss. That's if you can get a replacement master cylinder in the first place!
They can be quite difficult to find in stock.

Thanks, sounds like best to pop it into our mechanic.
