Clicking noise

On my t6.1, when sleeping in it I can hear a clicking noise sound like a relay or something. There are three clicks the last click sounds slightly different to the first two and happens about every 30 seconds. Ignition is off and everything turned off within the van.

Anyone got any idea what’s causing this.

Do not suppose you can film it, or record it?

Drip it on YouTube?

See if you can listen in and try and narrow down the location...

For example behind the clocks.

Under the steering wheel.

Behind the glove box.

In the engine bay.

Underneath the left side of the van.

Etc etc

You’re not tired enough because otherwise you’d sleep through it.

Sounds like it comes from underneath the van more towards the sliding door.

What "additional" equipment do you have in the van? - eg a Liesure battery that is independant of ignition taht will be powering things like fridge etc.

I just have lights and diesel heater running off my leisure battery atm no fridge yet and completely independent of the ignition/van. No charging system connected up yet. It’s not the diesel heater either as this clicking noise was heard before the heater was installed.

I used to hear what I imagined was probably the fuel guage sender in the fuel tank moving around with sloshing fuel level if I'd been moving around in my T5 ...

What happens if you disconnect the leisure battery?
