Cleaning infotainment front panel?

What detailing product are owners using to clean their Infotainment screen? Is it a glass screen? Picked up my new van last week, don’t want to clean it with something that could cause damage or scratch the surface. Thanks John

I assume it's a 6.1?

I've been using a detailing brush/blowing to remove anything on the surface and then a glass cleaner microfiber cloth for finger prints, sometimes with a dab of pure IPA.

I've also put a screen protector on it.

The one to take really great care of is the digital dash screen if you have that as it has an anti reflective matt coating that's easy to damage, I just dust and blow that after the one I hired had a lot of damage to the coating from aggressive cleaning.
