hi

I do a lot of track time on my motorbikes which i transport in the t6. now with covid dragging on and on and track days starting up again they are limiting garage space at Donington Silverstone down to 3 bikes....
So is there a reasonable awning that fixes to the nearside big enough for me a generator and a motorbike? What do we recommend for size quality price and value please?

Do they have to use tie downs is there one thats got a pole style construction with sides?

Have you already got an awning rail &/or roof rails? If yes then you could attach a Khyam Sun Canopy or similar which has the option of removal sides, or a Debus Sun Canopy which is basically a tarp with multi fixing points for poles and pegs.
If no existing awning rail or roof rails then you could just use the "guy lines-throw-over-the-van-roof" type arrangement.

i dont have anything.....and I've never been down this route before so

i was hoping there is something that attaches to the roof/n/side of the van with 4 sides and a roof supported with a sort of pole arrangement

In that case either something totally freestanding that just butts up again the van - there are some gazebo type things some of which have detachable side panels, or go for the throw over the roof and then peg accordingly + some poles on the side that is to be used for cover. There are some other options such as magnets and limpet clamps but they don't seem to work too well.
Otherwise, it would really need an awning rail to be fitted to the van.
