Carista Fault Code

Hi

I've just purchased my first transporter and used carista to change a few functions.

Whilst i did this I ran a diagnostic check and it came back with a fault code 03224. I've searched for this code but cant find any information on it.

Any ideas?

'Play protection active' is what shows on a google search....dunno if this is right...or what it is

03224 - Play protection active - is the official English translation. Sometimes referred as child lock activated. Actually I have seen when door lock has been frozen and couldn't unlock nor lock from remote (was just driver door, others ok).

I have got the child locks activated on the sliding doors do that's more than likely the code. I'll turn them off and see what code I get

I’ve just had the same code pop up on mine. Can’t find any child locks and all the doors are fine but it won’t reset the code for some reason
