Carissa fault codes, anyone know what they mean?

Hi, I just got a Carissa fault code reader and plugged it in and I brought a a couple of code, but I haven’t got a clue as to what they mean and Carissa doesn’t help much either. If anyone can point me in the right direction would be great. Thanks Daniel

There is only one fault code stored: 31103 is VW equivalent of OBD-standard P20EE.
Without warning light on dash there is nothing to worry.
