Caravelle Exec rear trim (how to get to the rear speakers?)

massive trim both sides in the rear but there is a smaller panel with the speaker behind
does all the trim come off or can you access the speakers by taking off the smaller panel?
anybody got ideas please

Im sorry to say you have to remove the rear c and d pillar trims followed by the full lower quater panels
