Caravelle / multivan interior rear quarter trim panel

I’m looking to repair or replace this rear quarter interior trim panel of a 2016 T6 Caravelle. This is the passenger side. There has been some damage - torn cloth and scratch on the plastics.

Anyone know if this speaker cloth / armrest panel is removable from the rest of the rear quarter trim unit and where to source?

I’m based in Hampshire / Surrey borders the UK
