Can I remove driver seat with bulkhead?

Yes simple question I is possible? How do I reach the bolts is it possible to leave the base and just take off the bottom cushion out?

You need to take the actual seat off the base first then you can take the bottom cushion off the actual seat

Slide the seat forward to access the rear nuts/bolts.
