Bumper DRL wiring help

I’ve bought a set of bumper mounted DRLs and there’s no wiring instructions with them. I’ve asked the suppliers and they don’t have instructions.
I’ve done a bit of research and am pretty sure I know what most of the wires are for but need help identifying what the yellow wire is for.
The red will go to ignition and black to earth. The white I’ve found out goes to the headlights which switches off the DRLs when the headlights come on. It’s just the yellow wire I’m not sure about.
Anyone got any ideas?
TBH I think it will just be the red and black wires I need to connect because I want them to switch on and off with the ignition and stay on when the headlights are on.
Any help is most appreciated

I think you’ll find that the DRL’s will dim when you switch on the headlights, not turn off.
I also believe that it’s a legal requirement for them to dim when the headlights are on so you may possibly get some grief at MOT time if they don’t.

MOT time will be fine. Nothing in the manual says they have to dim.

Did you wire these up? I have the same issue. Unsure what the yellow if for?
