Bluetooth and dab HELP

just picked my van up from the dealers for its first service and it’s returned with no Bluetooth and no dab. It says phone not available and to turn Bluetooth on.

Tried factory reset on all options. Still nothing.....

Wondering if component protection has kicked in, same as swapping stereo to another van
The radio etc still works but you lose all media/infotainment side of the headunit ie no bluetooth or media inputs work - if this is the case pressing the media button will show you the entries greyed out and not selectable ??

They dont look greyed out ?
I would try the inputs first, put some music on a usb or SD or plug into the aux jack and see what happens
Not sure what would have caused it, flat battery or battery disconnected for prolonged periods is the only thing i can think of but running the engine for a bit to charge the battery normally sorts it

You could try rebooting unit by holding in the power button (volume knob) while its turned on for 30-60 secs failing that a main batt disconnect for a couple mins could reset it (not actually sure ?)

They are more grey than the aux but could be aux selected. Will have a look tomorrow.

All it had was a service so I don’t know what they have done. They’re gonna call tomorrow and advise.

Thanks pauly.

@Pauly apparently I had a software update which they didn’t tell me about, or document in the paperwork. They think that’s the fault. Either way it’s another journey to the dealers to fix.
