Black Friday: Deals & What Have You Bought or Buying?

I bought one for a mtb ride last week and when I opened it I thought I’d bought one of those snack size. Shocking.
According to Google, a standard, single Mars bar...
  • In 1970 weighed 57g, cost 3p (6d)
  • In 1998 weighed 65g, cost 26p
  • Today weighs 51g, cost £1.25

Rachel from accounts and Ed Millibund will be making it even smaller on Thursday. And all pushbikes will pay 3p per mile
But the good news is there are no plans for PPM for commercial vehicles, so those with N1 eleftric vans will be feeling smug.

Might chop my i3S in for a Buzz then....

.....they'll just move the goalposts in a few weeks/months/years
Had a look there and quick AI Google!

Vans are "out of scope": Current reports indicate that electric vans, including those classified as M1 (passenger car based vans), are expected to be exempt from this proposed levy, at least initially. This is welcome news for businesses with existing electric LCV fleets

Let's see what happens!
