Bike rack, powder coating

I just wrapped the arms with black satin .. because they are a straight tube shape and easy to do .. as you say a pain to disassemble

They are very tight to get out. I dipped them in some boiled water in a bowl to soften the plastic a little. I then did the same thing to put it back together.
Mines been done for a few months and all seems good. 👍🏻👌

I think that is what I will do or Plastidip, which I have just discovered on this site. Thanks for the reply

I gave mine a go with rattle cans. Spent quite a bit of time (primer, paint and laquer plus lots of sanding). It has held up quite well, however, where I have had to slide the wheel cups along the bars for different size bikes the paint has scratched off. Still please with it for less than £30 in materials.

How much have people been able to get powder coating for? I'm thinking of using a pickup bed liner (e.g. Raptor Bed Liner & Protective Coating) but it is pricey.

All look Great,

Can anyone recommend a powder coater in the Northwest??
