Beginner Alpine wiring questions.

Hello,
I have no previous experience with headunit installation or what wiring harness to buy in order to make the installation easy.

Bought this alpine headunit cheap and I planned to change out my original super basic stereo.

This is what I got (Alpine ilx 650bt) (+ usb and mic cabels)


I have no steering wheel buttons, but I do have parking sensors.

Questions:
- Is there a wiring harness available (ISO to VW connector)?
- where can I find a bezel/frame for a nice look.

Perhaps something like this (do I need canbus adapter?)

this would probably be more suitable?
This contains the Steering Wheel Control Interface, but I have no use for that since I do not have MFSW.
