Battery charger for leisure battery wirerouting LHD

I would like to add a battery charger for the transporter. I have a defa kit laying around. I would also like to put a 220V Socket in the back for a heater. I have a leisure battery under the drivers seat, so I guess it would be easier to put the charger on that battery for a quick and easy routing to the socket in the back.

But where to put the defa socket on the outside of the car, and how to route the cable from there to the charger? Is there any predrilled holes or easy ways to pull the cable?

Most people normally use the hole in the bulkhead behind the starter battery.

Got a few pics of what you have ?

Most people put the hook up socket under the bonnet and feed the cable in through one of the grommets that lead into either of the footwells.
Lots of info on here.
