Is it possible to E Mail the pictures to them ASAP? That way you will have a time/ date so that they can't say that the damage was caused a good while later. That way you will also have an audit trail of your complaint. If they've recorded the mileage of the van on a receipt then I would also take a photo of your mileage to show that the van hasn't been driven a long distance before reporting the damage - yes they could say it was done within yards but why not add to your case?I phoned them just before they closed.
