Aux/Rear Heater Control Knob

Hi

I have a 2017 t6 shuttle and I have just noticed the rear heater control that changes the hot and cold air doesn’t work it just spins round anyone had a problem with theirs ?

Hi there, did you ever fix this? I've just bought a T6 kombi and it's doing the same thing. I noticed the control needed to be clicked back in, then it hits stops. But I don't get any heat.
