Are kombis rare?

So I’ve began the search for a van and have a specific set of requirements. Im assuming most of us do. They are

SWB kombi
5 seats with a 2+1 rear
Tailgate
Aircon
Cruise control preferred

However it seems finding all of this, within budget is a bit of an issue. Is this spec or any spec of kombi hard to come by at the minute?

If you found a panel van to your liking some places do a drive in and out day service kombi conversion, if you found something that didn't have cruise control I don't think its a big job to add, just have a day out to Dav-Tec.

One thing to look out for on ebay, there's a few fake ones one there. They take the photos, wait a few months after they have sold and then advertise them. Spotted one a couple of months ago and reported it. It was gone the next day. As the saying goes, if its too good to be true, it definitely is.
