As the thread title says, wondering if anyone is running 255 tyres on their 10J wheel?

How stretched is it? Had any problems?

Photos would be great.

TIA

You fitted 10x20 on the front or rear ?? Definitely quite low......tyre size will depend on if you want a load rating

I’ve not fitted them yet. Picture is how it looks now on 18’s. Just wondering what size tyres. New rims are all 10j not staggered. I’m thinking 255 on the front maximum. Just wanted to avoid rubbing.

These were 255.35.20 et42 and i had zero rubbing at ride height and aired out with no issues so i wouldn't go any bigger with tyres......you will get quite a good stretch with a bit of rim poke.

This was on Solow

Thanks for the advice and pictures. I think mine are et38 though not 42.
I have 10” all round on 20” AXE’s. I’m running 255/35’s on the front and 275/35’s on the rear. Mine are also 38ET. But the fronts I took and got machined to reduce the ET. The’ve had 6mm removed making the ET 44. It’s got to be a bump on hard cornering for it to catch. Normally driving is no problem and I’m running pretty low.

Looks so good on white......I need to run a set of gold/bronze wheels at some point 👌

In the new year I’m going to get them refurbed. Can’t decide on gloss black or bronze again. I’m back on my steelies for the winter.
