We stayed here a couple of years back, child friendly and 5 minutes drive into Beaumaris.
If you’re that side, take a trip to Penmon Point - worth seeing once. There’s a good cafe, and I think it’s about £8 per day for parking. You have probably seen the painting at some point (!).
