Aircon, Fan speeds and Radio issue

So my T6 has developed an issue where the aircon no longer comes on. (No light on switch) Fan speeds 1 & 2 no longer work and the factory stereo only comes on when pressing the power button (like when you have the ignition off and it stays on for 10 mins before powering off) it no longer comes on and off with the ignition.
All of these issues has started around the same time?!
I have checked all accessible fuses and it seems they are all linked somewhere.

When you say accessible fuses are "all linked somewhere" what do you mean by that?

1) Pro membership will give you a wiring diagram which would be the first step in determining which if any fuses are common to the air con and fan. AFAIK the air con will not switch on without the fan on so the loss of fan might well be linked.
2) Failure of the fan ballast resistor results in loss of low speed fan settings ( but usually 1,2 and 3). Lots of information on the forum on that.
3) Carista/VCDS scan might well give you some further insight.
