Hey friends. My airbag warning light has been on now for a few days. No changes to seats etc. Any ideas as to why or what I need to do to sort it ?
Thanks
B

If you haven’t one OBD reader try to disconnect the battery for a good 1 hour and reconnect it. If the light stays either find someone with an one reader or buy something like carist or OBd eleven to read the code and delete it.

The airbag warning light is persistent. It will need resetting.

I don't have obd or any other reader....are you suggesting disconnect the battery fir an hour and then simply reconnect ?

Where abouts are you located? I've got vcds i can hook up if you're near.

Hello
I'm Cambs /Norfolk..that's a kind offer indeed...any where near me ?
No wet carpets or dampness.

Reason I said about wet carpets the airbag module is under the carpet and mines just suffered getting wet from a disconnected water pipe from the sink and it's usually parked facing downhill so all went to the front.
