Hi . Not been able to use camper hardly . Due to issues. Had to call AA out went into limp mode . Did diagnostic tire warning light came on. Took to the garage locally have been repaired. Different lights keep coming on then going off. Brake light on Tyre warning, light on and stability control light on. Been on for three or four days booked into Garage now gone off! Very frustrating. Van has low mileage and in excellent condition. Any advice would be welcome. Hoping we haven’t made a big mistake getting van !!!!!

Welcome to the forum.
There will always be forum members with expertise who can offer excellent advice, but to do so they'll need a little more information, such as engine type, year, fault codes, symptoms etc. What did the garage do to repair your van? What was the diagnosis and the fix?
My advice is to still get it to the garage, there should be stored fault codes even if the EML isn't now illuminated.

Hi it is 2016. 2l TDL. The garage replaced sensor for tyre. Light was on . AA did diagnostic, couldn’t find anything . Lights all went off Brake light was off , stability control . These lights come on then a few days later come on . Garage tomorrow but lights not on now !!!! Very frustrating. No idea about fault codes. We have only had 6 months

Could be a rusted wheel speed sensor.?

Steering angle sensor calibration.?

Basic VAG diagnostics should indicate where the mechanic should look.

Hi thanks for reply . The AA did diagnostic and also a friend did a diagnostic. Does it need to be specifically a VW one?

AA one should be good,

friends one - depends.

did you get a note of the codes? - or take pics of the scanner screen?

Carister is basic but covers most codes.

VCDS is the proper VAG scanner - but more expensive, but a VAG indy will have it.

you need to get the van scanned and post the results here, without any scan data you are in the dark.

Limp mode and engine lights will defiantly store fault codes, and you need to know what they are to determine and direction in fault finding.

though limp mode is normally engine protection, so emissions or running problems, boost leaks and the like,
