I've had Solow lows fitted to my van for over 2 years on there lowest setting with hub mod and machined top mounts. In that time everything has been faultless, zero issues and no driveshaft judder that most experience!

That was up until about 3 months ago. I first noticed a bit of vibration on a long trip but didn't pay much attention to it. It has now developed into a quite bad judder that only happens at 65mph and over. Under that it's perfectly fine. There's no banging or clunking, no noises of any sort just a judder at 65mph.

Below is what I've tried to cure the issue:

Swapped out my wheels for my spare set
Had the wheels rebalanced
Changed front tyres for new ones
Changed drivers side driveshaft
Changed drivers side wheel bearing
Raised front suspension by 30mm

I've got another bearing for the passenger side along with a new driveshaft that im going to fit. I know it wont cure it, but process of elimination and all that!

Am I missing something obvious? Please help it's doing my head in, and with a 2.5k mile trip across France and Switzerland in less than 2 weeks i need it sorted!

Please help!

Does it feel like a transmission vibration or a lumpy engine?
Does it happen in different gears? (Not a lot of choice at 65 mph...)
Juddering can be a fueling / injector issue and I wonder if the revs and load that that you are typically under at 65 are the sweet spot to notice it.

What mileage ? Manual or DSG transmission
How do you feel the vibration/judder ? Through steering wheel, seat etc., during acceleration, slowing down?

Other possible things to check if it sounds like suspension related:

worn wishbone bushes, strut tower top mount

It feels like an unbalanced wheel but worse.
Can feel it through the steering wheel and the floor.

Happens when approaching 65mph then stays after that. Whether staying steady or accelerating. Doesn't seem to be any sign of it at lower speeds when accelerating.

Engine runs sweet as a nut, no real issue there i dont think. After 65 whether part throttle or foot down it's the same vibration!

I've got poly bushes ready to go on the wishbones as thought that was the issue, but I can't seem to see much play in them. Going to change them as a precaution anyway. Can't hurt! Haha
