My view is that VW have a list of things to go through when they get a fault code, it doesn’t mean that changing something fixes the fault, they just move on to the next thing on their list but won’t reimburse you for something they have changed that didn’t need changing. To get a better opinion from the folks on here give us some more info, what were the symptoms that made you go to the garage in the first place, did you get a scan of fault codes, the more info you can provide the greater chance someone will be able to help.

Apart from one member that had very low suspension and damaged the bottom on speed bumps.
But 26k on a 5yr old van is very low. So assuming it's been sitting about for most of its life ... Maybe the Adblue has crystals formed in the pump, tank and lines.
VW won't bother with the time to flush and clean, the will just replace for new.
FYI the tank and pump are integral one piece.
