Hi , can anyone help. I have
7E0 601 025 L wheels but really confused as to load rating.
Same wheels with
7E0 601 025 E say 850 kg load rating
But with the ‘L’ on the description say 875 kg
Want to be sure of rating as will put on t32 for Euro travel as comparable with 4 motion spare.

Apologies, it would appear that the part no is used for multiple transporter alloys and the letter is the model type. The A variant looking at this one is the older version of the Devonport which would be suitable
Or its missing the centre cap

The Volkswagen wheel with part number
7E0 601 025 L
(size 7.0Jx17H2ET55) is rated for a load capacity of 875 kg per wheel.

Wheel Details and Load Rating
  • Part Number: The specific wheel is the genuine VW part 7E0 601 025 L, often associated with the VW Transporter T5/T6/T6.1 models, including the California and Multivan.
  • Load Rating: The wheel has a load rating of 875 kg.
  • Compatibility: This load rating makes it suitable for most Transporter models up to the T30 specification.
  • Important Consideration: For T32 Transporter vans, a higher load rating (often requiring a tyre load index of 103 or more, which equates to 875kg) is required, and some aftermarket 17" wheels may not meet the T32's higher axle load requirement of 1720 kg (860 kg per wheel minimum). The genuine VW 7E0 601 025 L wheel meets this requirement.

Clayton’s aren’t suitable for a T32 as the front brake discs need 17’s
Not always.
I have a 6.1 T32 that came with 16" steels and small brakes. As in the build sheet.
They are VW steel rims with about two dozens of small holes.
T6.1, especially the last ones, are a mixed bag.
