3x1 rear seats

I am thinking of replacing the rear seat in my Kombi with the 3x1 singles. This is mainly to improve access to the back of the van through the side door. I know that these seats fold and can be removed individually but can anyone confirm if they also tip forward like my current bench seat? Thanks, Dave

I have a shuttle middle single and it definitely folds flat.

I also have a 2/1 set up in row 2 and they both fold flat. I’d expect a single seat behind the driver would mirror the operation of my single seat as it tips forward to get in the back on twin sliders.

If yours is a single slider a 2/1 might work and be a bit cheaper (albeit less flexible)

Yes they all tip forward but to collapse them fully I got to remove headrest
