3 button fob to 5 button fob

Hi all, does anyone know if I can upgrade my 3 button key fob to a 5 button?
I have a 2019 caravelle with electric sliding doors & electric tailgate.
Advice appreciated.

If they are factory elec doors and tailgate it would have come with (multiple) 4 or 5 button keys, if it’s all factory fit then yes you can get the proper fobs but if it’s aftermarket then it won’t be centrally controlled by the BCM and therefore not controllable by the keys

Hi Pauly. This is a factory electric doors and factory tailgate. I bought the van second hand with only one key. The key is a 3 button one as shown in the pic. Any suggestions?
