strange question , i have a button looks like a electric tail gate button in the miidle of the tail gate door , is this an electric button ? as when pressed nothing happens? or is it just for show lol , does the tailgate open on the fob ?
It unlocks/locks the tailgate hopefully. When you press it you should be able to hear the locking mechanism for the tailgate lock/unlock when it is closed (if you are on the inside)
There is also the middle button on the fob that does the same - not sure about automatic opening as that is a different ballgame and leads to heartache and walletache in the future.
