I have just found 4x Goodyear Assymetric 6 for £629 fitted at National tyres (BFT25 discount code). Does anyone run 245 45 20 all round on 8.5j? Any van pics would be appreciated. I’m kind of bothered they look a bit narrow. It has 275/40’s on now that are about finished. I’m on a T32 LWB standard suspension. Cheers!

Thank you, it’s on the Bilstein B14 Komfort kit and lowered about 25 - 30mm. Originally ran 275/40r20’s, but they rubbed on full lock, or when reversing up an in-climb. 245/45r20’s are not as wide, but more or less the same diameter. Perfect for the same overall look, no rubbing, and better width for an 8.5J wheel.
Handling is so much better on the 245’s. Far better than the cheap 275’s the conversion company fitted.
I’ve taken your advice and they are ordered for next Thursday. Mine has 275’s on and as much as I like the look, I know they are not right for my van. I nearly bought some Accelera’s but for another 200 I think it was a no-brainer to go for Goodyears.

Ha ha, possibly, I bought it as a fully converted camper and noticed the back end was slightly lower than the front when on OEM suspension. When I had the B14 Bilstein Komforts fitted, my instructions were for them to match the backend height on OEM (converted) with the new kit, all round. Might be slightly more than 30mm, but the kit is on its highest setting.
You will not be disappointed with the driving feel, especially the steering, on 245’s.
