240v plug socket?

Hi all,

Brought a 2023 Kepler 6 a few months ago. First time parked on a campsite with mains supply. Van plugged in. I want to use the 249v socket located by the sink. Plugged a travel kettle in but no power. Is there a switch that i haven't seen to turn on this socket. The 12v above it doesn't work either.

Check the breaker at the campsite hook up point is switched on.

Also check the breakers inside the consumer unit in the van.

Complete novice here, how do i check the breakers? The battery is charging. I can see it on the app, so there is definitely power entering

The same as in a house consumer unit, the switch is UP for contact.

I'm sorry, where is that located, beneath the drivers seat?

The campsite power supply where you plug the cable in, assume that’s on as you say the battery is charging.
The other will be in your van, no idea on the layout of your van.
There aren’t many places it can be, keep looking.

Probably close to where the socket on the side of the van is? Try looking in cupboards.
