2016 T6 rear Parking Sensors Fault

Hi

My 66 plate T6 has suddenly developed a fault with rear parking sensors. Using Christa, all sensors showing fault codes of open circuit/short circuit to ground. Had been working fine then once I managed to get the van out of the snow, sudden fault so park pilot not available. Took the sensors off and cleaned. They all seem fine. At a bit off a loss! There were no issues before.

Did just have a shorting starter motor replaced.

Had the "Park Pilot Not Available" last night when we started the van (16 Plate T6 Kombi).
Fault disappeared by the time we got home. Working fine today!!!

That’s weird, today my 65 plate had strange symptom when reverse selected just got solid beep, not the high pitched beep that I’ve had on other vans to indicate a fault but just a solid beep as if I was close to something. Got out and inspected as I’d just been in the back but all looked good. Will check again tomorrow. Hopefully just a gremlin

We had the solid bleep before our "Park Pilot Not Available" message appeared as well. Maybe the same gremlin!
