2 Seat Bench Bracket Broken? Covered Under Warranty?

Hi folks, this bracket has broken already on a 18 highline would this be covered under warranty? If not where would I source a new one from please?

I’d say that should be covered provided it wasn’t misuse. Certainly worth a try with VW dealer.
