110 Ps 6 Speed?

I have an 18 reg T6 T30 Panel van (converted to a camper). It’s 6 speed. My understanding is that it therefore has to be a 150PS but the logbook (V5C) has it registered as a 110. Is this a mistake or am I missing something?

I think it's because the V5C has it in KW. 110KW = 150PS
