Hi all, I’ve just swapped out my tyres and have the two rears for sale with between 4 and 5mm on them. The fronts had 2mm each, so I’ve binned them. No punctures or uneven wear on these. I’m outside Andover for collection, but I’m happy to meet up.

I understand the load and speed rating of tyres and also the fact that "XL" stands for extra load meaning that the side walls at reinforced more heavily. What I don't understand is how important is the XL part is when selecting tyres. For example: I need a full set of tyres an I am toying with...
