Regen while driving is not as exhaustive as stationery as the engine revs are not constant with traffic, in my experience the stationery regen will clear it to very nearly 0. Is a bit nerve wrecking with the engine revving high and the exhaust temp 600+.

Just an update, as I was driving I could see the regen happening on the Carisma app. It was at 12.5gm as I went round a roundabout, the fuel light came on and the fuel injection stopped immediately. So some do some dont.

Well that was exciting! ¼ tank of fuel, less than 2000rpm (60 on a dual carriageway) so that's those myths out the way. 17 minutes for regen.
