I it is a costed option. My T6.1 Kombi highline has tailgate and sliding door “power-latching” which basically soft closes the doors. To get the tailgate to actually power-open / power-close by itself on a button press requires a costed option fitted at build or retrofit kit.

Ah sorry, jumped the gun a bit! Could well be the same as I suppose the tailgate switch itself isn't different. There are retrofitting vids for the electric tailgate which would confirm if the switch is changed or not.

@Pauly it wouldn't be cheating. With 5 button key fob you will be simply ready for your next 2 retrofits( tailgate & RHS sliding door ;)).
